She came into the program thinking abs were only for young girls, athletes or influencers.

As a mom, she believed the soft tummy, weak core and loss of confidence were simply part of aging and childbirth. She stopped expecting more from her body.

But many women never actually learn how to activate their core muscles correctly after pregnancy. Over time, weak abs and poor posture can affect waist definition, body strength and confidence. Dieting alone rarely fixes the root problem.

Inside our Moms With Abs program, we teach proper abs engagement, breathing, posture and structured strength training — to rebuild a stronger, more toned core safely and sustainably.

Because the longer core weakness is ignored, the harder it becomes to reverse. Many moms slowly normalize discomfort and loss of confidence, thinking “this is just motherhood.” It doesn’t have to be.

What if this season of your life could become your strongest yet?
What if motherhood was not the end of feeling attractive… but the beginning of becoming stronger, more balanced and empowered than ever? ✨

Well said 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

✨Why am I NOT seeing results from my workouts?

When people want to “tone up” they often will lift only light weights for dozens of reps and then choose some low calorie diet/stress about food intake. There’s a MUCH better way.

☝️Focus on Progressive Overload in Your Lifts.

This simply means always work to challenge yourself with heavier weights, more challenging variations (this could be bodyweight exercises too!) and changing the volume to keep improving.

If you’re lifting the same weights you were a year ago, it’s time for a new challenge☺️

💛When you shift your focus to gaining strength instead of shrinking your size or getting to a certain weight, you’ll be amazed with how much you improve and how well your body responds to it (physically AND mentally).

✌️Not Eating Enough Food.

This is especially true for women, but also relevant for men. If you’re trying to gain muscle, but continuously under eat, your body will not change in the way you are hoping.

You HAVE to eat to grow muscle. In turn, when you eat enough nutrient dense foods, it helps rev up your metabolism so you will burn fat and build muscle.

More muscle = higher metabolism = more fat burning.

You don’t have to be afraid of eating more ESPECIALLY when you are working out hard. Focus on consistency with eating high quality foods. Listen to and honor those hunger cues.

💛Strive to build strength + eat that food, girl.
