*[PLANT FOR TOMORROW PROGRAM: SATU POKOK, SATU HARAPAN]*
Peace be upon you and Greetings to our Green Earth.
Alhamdulillah, the Plant for Tomorrow Program: Satu Pokok, Satu Harapan was successfully carried out on 5 June 2026 around NCDRC, KSAS, UPSI. Organised by CeBEC and Rakan Alam Sekitar (RAS), Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI), in collaboration with the Malaysian Nature Society (MNS), and generously supported by Garnier Malaysia, the programme brought together students, volunteers, and community members in a shared mission towards environmental sustainability.
Throughout the day, the weather remained bright and sunny, creating the perfect atmosphere for participants to engage in the programme’s activities. We are proud to share that 1,500 trees were successfully planted, contributing towards a greener and more sustainable future. The overwhelming response from the public also exceeded our expectations, with walk-in registrations surpassing our initial target and reflecting the growing awareness and commitment towards environmental conservation.
Thank you to everyone who contributed their time, energy, and enthusiasm to make this programme a success. Every tree planted represents a hope for tomorrow, and together we have taken another meaningful step towards preserving our environment for future generations.

Alhamdulillah, penyertaan UPSI dalam program CIMB Islamic Green Showcase, Powered by EcoSave-i pada 24 Januari 2026 di Taman Tugu Nursery, Kuala Lumpur telah berlangsung dengan jayanya.
UPSI, melalui Pusat Biodiversiti dan Konservasi (CeBEC) dengan kerjasama rakan strategik Forest House Sdn. Bhd., telah terlibat secara aktif sebagai penerima geran EcoSave-i CIMB Islamic 2025 bagi pelaksanaan program Conservation Initiatives di UPSI Edu-Forest.
Antara pengisian utama program termasuk pocket talk, pameran projek dan inisiatif konservasi, serta aktiviti pameran interaktif yang memberi peluang kepada pengunjung untuk memahami pendekatan pemuliharaan berasaskan pendidikan, komuniti dan data lapangan.
Setinggi-tinggi penghargaan dan terima kasih diucapkan kepada CIMB Islamic atas jemputan dan sokongan berterusan melalui inisiatif EcoSave-i, serta kepada Forest House Sdn. Bhd. atas kerjasama strategik dalam menjayakan program ini. Semoga kolaborasi erat ini terus memperkukuh usaha pemuliharaan hutan secara mampan demi manfaat masyarakat dan alam sekitar.

Alhamdulillah. Telah selesai Majlis Perasmian Program Jejak Kelumpang: Bunga Warisan Perak pada 17 Januari 2026.
Majlis telah disempurnakan oleh DYAM Raja DiHilir Perak Darul Ridzuan Raja Iskandar Dzurkarnain Ibni Almarhum Sultan Idris A’fifullah.
Turut hadir ke majlis ini adalah Ahli Jawatankuasa Pengurusan Universiti, YBrs. Ts. Dr. Megat Azrin bin Ahmad.
Pameran ini adalah hasil kerjasama Persatuan Biodiversiti dan Konservasi (CeBEC) dan Kelab Rakan Alam Sekitar (RAS), FSM bersama Persatuan Konservasi Samudera 9 Perak (Ocean 9).

*✨Welcome to SHOREBIRD FESTIVAL 2025!✨*
Come and celebrate the beauty of nature and shorebirds at Teluk Air Tawar–Kuala Muda, Penang. This festival aims to promote awareness of the importance of conserving coastal biodiversity and protecting our natural heritage. The programme is organised by the Shorebirds Peninsular Malaysia Project (SPMP) and supported by the Seberang Perai City Council (MBSP), Canon Marketing Malaysia, NEST, UPSI, and UMT, and is funded by Biji Alam.

📍 Venue: Dewan Terbuka Unit Nelayan Sungai Tembus, Penaga, Pulau Pinang
