*必须通过为期一个月的试音 (Audition)期，才可正式成为学生。

何谓爵士乐(Jazz music) ？

爵士音乐，有别于一般的古典音乐(Class

ical music)和流行音乐(Pop music)，是一种起源于非洲的美国音乐。它，结合了美国黑人的蓝调音乐(Blues)，和欧洲古典音乐的音乐元素，形成了形式多样化的爵士乐。今天，爵士乐适合人们休闲时聆听，在旅馆及高级餐厅欣赏，更适合在浪漫场合（尤其在婚宴）上表演。

Jazz is a musical style that originated at the 20th century in black community in the United State. It was born out of a mix of African Blues music and European Classical music. Today, people listen to Jazz music at the restaurant or hotel lounge for relaxation. It is even suitably appreciated during the romantic occasion like Valentine’s Day or the wedding dinner.

There are 2 types of singing.
1) Singing with minus one or Karaoke
2) Singing with live band

Although both are singing, the 2nd type requires the singer to be more alert, while for the first type, one just remembers the steps to sing.

For those who are used to singing minus one or Karaoke, they may feel not so comfortable to sing with others.

Therefore, I think people ought to open themselves to work with others in order to be flexible singers.
