Pirouette is one of the hardest movements in ballet.
It needs:
• Alignment
• Strong core
• Supporting leg
• High relevé
• Spotting
• Clean passé
• Control
• Clean finish
Keep going — it will come. ✨

它需要：
• 身體到腳的一條直線
• 核心力量
• 支撐腳穩定
• 墊腳尖高度
• 眼睛定位
• 乾淨的 passé
• 控制力
• 穩定收尾
