Golden Ten Minutes: Life Saving First Aid Training

Through first aid training, we've come to truly appreciate the value of the "golden ten minutes." As early childhood educators, we're not only disseminators of knowledge but also the first line of defense for children's lives, which gives me more composure and confidence when facing emergencies.

A joyful childhood is not built on material abundance but on an abundance of love. A child who has felt truly loved will naturally know how to offer warmth to others as they grow.

Children who were allowed to climb high, get caught in the rain, and fail tend to grow into adults who embrace the unknown with greater courage. Bravery is not innate — it is practiced.

那些被允许爬高、被允许淋雨、被允许失败的孩子，往往长大后更有胆识去拥抱未知。勇气，不是天生的，是试出来的。

Playing is not merely having fun.
Learning is never complete without play.

快乐的童年，不是物质的堆砌，而是爱的充盈。一个感受过充足爱意的孩子，长大后自然懂得如何给予他人温暖。
