Over the last weekend, we had the joy of guiding a storytelling workshop (Batch #6)

It was amazing to see so many lightbulb moments. Participants shared how powerful it felt to find a voice that not only shares stories but also inspires and uplifts others.

The change was transformational: from feeling unsure at the start to speaking with confidence and heart. Storytelling became more than just a tool. It became a mindful way to live and share values with authenticity.

Just finished conducting Workshop #141 with an amazing group of young executives — and we are still feeling inspired!

About 10 years ago, we started working with one of our esteemed clients, facilitating workshops to empower their teams. In 2018, we took on the exciting challenge of curating and facilitating their Young Executive Development Program (YEDP), and now, we’re at Workshop #135!

When I was first asked to design and facilitate these workshops, I never imagined it would turn into such a long-term collaboration. Yet, year after year, we've been invited back—a sign of trust, impact, and shared growth. Along the way, we’ve adapted to changes and this program has grown alongside our client. We've deepened our understanding of their culture, fine-tuned our approach, and adapted to every challenge, including shifting to virtual sessions during the pandemic. Today, we continue helping young professionals build skills to thrive.

A heartfelt thank you to our client for their trust. Most of all, thank you to every participant—you’re the reason we do this! Your enthusiasm and growth inspire us every day!
