很荣幸的受到MERIT Sukses 优异补习中心 - 小学的邀请参与他们颁奖典礼。好感动看到同学们的为了这一天的演出，排练了三个月。最棒的是他们的老师，每位老师都很有才华，有的负责统筹，有的负责音响，有的负责拍照，真的是很棒的团队。

很喜欢他们院长的理念，每一个孩子都是一朵花，每一朵花都有自己的花期，不急着开花，但要一步一步稳扎稳打的，有一天一定会开出灿烂的花朵。希望他们2026越做越好。

接到深静华校辅导老师的邀请，给六年级的学生分享疏导情绪的主题。

两年后再次回到这间学校，感觉特别好，同学都很积极的参与讲座内容和回应，百分之百的配合棒棒哒。

品洋老师先分享了情绪医生的绘本，分享一些实用的小技巧来疏导情绪，下半场，卉瑂老师分享三步情绪管理法。透过和同学的互动和参与，让同学加深学习的印象。

爱孩子需要智慧，要全心全意的爱，而不是带有一丝丝怨气的爱。孩子是父母的一面镜子，当我们看到孩子有不当的行为时，应当在自己的身上找答案，而不是成为“一指弹”父母。

作为一位儿童品格教练，在这个时非常时代，培养孩子的 #品格 显得特别重要。在准备这场活动前，我看见孩子们都能够 #自动自发 的帮忙收拾椅子排桌子，给你们按赞👍👍

在这场桌游，孩子们摇身变成小小探险家，乘坐小叮当时光机去到未来看自己。当中，我也要赞赏马宇杰同学，十岁的他已经可以成为桌游小助理了👍

#短短两个小时，他们学到了什么叫 #感恩，并要说出来（说不出来没有的领工资😆）。但是不得不说，相比起我之前带的孩子，这班孩子生长在比较传统的家庭，比较含蓄保守。有机会希望可以再给他们带一场，撬开他们的思维。

他们也学到了如何 #共赢， #挑战逆境， #规划自己的人生，太值得的吧。一起来看看他们笑得多开心❤️
