正常的大脑发育在3岁以前最快，宝宝出生后2-3年内，良好的刺激对脑力的功能和结构，无论在生理和生化方面，都有重要的影响。婴幼儿时期是心理发展最迅速的时期，年龄越小，发展越快。在3岁以下，特别0-1岁，婴儿的发展日新月异。
宝宝一生下来就有很多潜能，如果不给予丰富的环境刺激，使这些能力发挥出来，就会受到窒息，永远发挥不出来了。所以宝宝学习的黄金时期是3岁以前，最好从新生儿期开始教育。幼儿2-3岁期间是学习口头语言的最佳年龄；外语学习最迟不能超过4-5岁，因为在这时幼儿学外语不会与本国语言相混淆； 5-5岁半则是掌握数学概念的最佳年龄； 6岁时发展大小，方位知觉的最佳年龄。
为此Jolly Seeds Educare 的创办人Emily Wong（拥有新加坡教育文凭及28年早期教育经验）除了引进新加坡学前课程，也为0 到6岁的孩子设计了一系列有趣的创意活动让孩子可以透过玩乐和体验而学习。我们不可能期望0-6岁的孩子用意志和努力来学习，但只要引起孩子兴趣，他们也可以长时间地专注于一项活动。只要发现孩子的兴趣就能创造很多教孩子学习识字和阅读的情景。所以， Jolly Seeds Educare 课程着重通过发展婴幼儿情商、运动协调、行为礼仪、专注程度、适应环境的能力，运用游戏给孩子足够的外界刺激，全面开发大脑，使孩子八大领域、九大智能得到均衡的发展，实现孩子一生快乐学习。
除此之外，Jolly Seeds Educare 为了配合马来西亚最新的KSSR小学课程，也设计了一系列课程活动为孩子升小一打好基础，做好准备。让孩子在上小学后，可以充分的享受小学生涯，无后顾之虑。
