Ever looked around in a café, on the bus, or in a crowded street and suddenly thought:

“Wait… everyone here has a whole life of their own.” 👀

That feeling has a name: sonder.

It’s the realisation that every person you pass has their own stories, dreams, routines, struggles, and little moments you’ll never know about.

We’re all so busy being the main character in our own story that sometimes, it’s nice to remember — everyone else is one too. 💭

Maybe that’s why sonder feels so grounding. It reminds us to pause, be a little more curious, and a little more empathetic. 🤍

✨ Word of the Week: Own Your Name

For most of us, our name is the very first gift we ever received. It may carry a beautiful meaning, a family tradition, or simply a hope our parents had for us.

But, what if you get to decide what your name stands for?
Take the letters of your name and turn them into values you want to live by.

For example:
💚 Z.O.M.
Z – Zeal (Bring passion into everything you do.)
O – Ownership (Take responsibility for your actions.)
M – Motivation (Keep moving forward, even on difficult days.)

It doesn’t have to be perfect. It just has to reflect the kind of person you want to become.

Because at the end of the day, people may forget your job title or achievements—but they’ll remember what your name made them feel.
