🐝💛 Kindness Came Alive at Sri KL!
Our Kindness Day was a heartwarming celebration of compassion, creativity and the power of giving back.
From meaningful performances to heartfelt acts of service, our students showed us that kindness isn’t just something we say — it’s something we do. ✨
As part of their Kindness Project, students stepped beyond the classroom and into the community, bringing comfort and care to hospitals, spending meaningful time at orphanages, showing compassion at pet shelters, and giving back through park clean-ups. 🌱🐾
Back at school, creativity took centre stage with the Wall of Kindness Competition, where students transformed thoughtful messages and ideas into beautiful reminders of what it means to be kind. And, of course, every class had its very own bee mascot spreading one simple but powerful message: BEE KIND! 🐝

Congratulations to our winners and to all our students who embraced the spirit of Kindness Day with such enthusiasm and heart. 💛
The day left us with a beautiful reminder: kindness doesn’t have to be a grand gesture. Even the smallest act can create a ripple that reaches further than we imagine. ✨

🏆 Asia Business Simulation 2026
On 26 & 27 September, six of our Year 10 students — Calista Chih Shan Yu, Chew Xue Tong, Choo Yong Xin, Chee Yu Tong, Fong Zi Yang and Siew Jing Cheng — proudly represented Sri KL at the Asia Business Simulation (ABS) Regional Round.
Academically supported by Yale YES and Harvard HUGEM, the intensive two-day competition challenged students to think like real-world entrepreneurs and business leaders. From managing a virtual company and competing in a Strategic Resource Auction to tackling an ESG Business Battle, the Yale YES Business Quiz and an 8-minute Startup Pitch Challenge, our students put their strategy, teamwork and decision-making skills to the test. 💡📊
Representing their company, Modulus Studio, the team achieved an outstanding set of results:
🥈 2nd Place — Strategic Resource Auction
🥈 2nd Place — Digital Business Simulation
🏅 Overall Gold Award
Their fantastic performance has also earned them direct qualification to the ABS Global Championship! 🌏✨
Individual achievements were equally impressive, with Calista Chih Shan Yu and Fong Zi Yang receiving the Super Seed Award, while Chew Xue Tong and Siew Jing Cheng earned the Bronze Seed Award for their excellent performance in the Yale YES Business Quiz.
Congratulations to all six students on this wonderful achievement! Your creativity, determination and teamwork have made the Sri KL community proud. 💛

This year’s theme, “Social Media and Happiness,” encouraged our students to reflect on how the digital world can be a force for good — whether through a kind comment, an encouraging message or simply sharing a little positivity with others. 🌈
From inspiring classroom decorations in our Wall of Happiness Competition to energetic performances in the Class Song Competition, our students showed us that happiness becomes even more meaningful when it is shared. 🎶✨

🧬🔬 IMU Biomedical Science Week Poster Competition 2026 🧫✨

A day of science, discovery, courage and learning!

On 18 August 2026, 10 of our students proudly represented Sri KL at the IMU Biomedical Science Week Poster Competition, held at International Medical University (IMU), Bukit Jalil.

Working in two teams of five, our students presented their scientific posters based on this year’s theme:

🦠 “Invisible Enemies: The Fight Against Infectious Disease”

Presenting to a panel of IMU lecturers, our students gained valuable experience in communicating scientific ideas clearly and confidently. More importantly, they stepped outside their comfort zones, embraced a new challenge and demonstrated tremendous courage and enthusiasm throughout the competition. 💪🧠

And their efforts paid off! 🏆

🥈 2nd Place
🥉 3rd Place

Beyond the competition, our students enjoyed a campus tour and took part in interactive booth activities, giving them an exciting glimpse into university life and the fascinating world of Biomedical Science. 🎓🔬

A huge congratulations to all our students! We are incredibly proud of your willingness to learn, challenge yourselves and give your very best. Keep exploring, keep questioning and keep discovering! 🌟
