Today, we received the wonderful news from Mummy that Jun Ning won Champion in her kindergarten Science Speech competition, presenting her topic:

Jun Ning used to be extremely shy and soft-spoken. But after one year with us, we have watched her slowly step out of her shell, find her voice and unleash the confidence that was always inside her. ❤️

A proud and unforgettable milestone for the MicFront community!

The Largest Public Speaking Event 2026 has officially entered The Malaysia Book of Records with an incredible 1,016 participants courageously stepping onto the stage and making their voices heard.

This achievement is more than just a number. It represents 1,016 stories, 1,016 brave voices and 1,016 individuals who chose to rise above their fears, embrace the spotlight and believe in themselves.

🏅 Is the medal or trophy important?

Of course, every award is worth celebrating. But at MicFront Subang, the most precious achievement is not simply about winning or losing. It is the journey of transformation behind every child.

What amazes us most is watching a child who once lacked the courage to step onto the stage finally decide to take a chance.

The first step may feel awkward.
The voice may tremble.
The words may not come out perfectly.

But with every opportunity, something begins to change.

What once felt uncomfortable slowly becomes natural. A small amount of confidence grows stronger, while children who are already confident learn to express themselves with even greater creativity, clarity and purpose.

Most importantly, never compare one child’s journey with another. Every child learns differently, grows differently and blossoms at their own pace. Some may shine quickly, while others may need more time, encouragement and opportunities before their moment arrives.

And that is perfectly okay.

Every attempt builds courage.
Every speech develops character.
Every stage creates a stronger version of the child.

🌟 When You Change Your Mindset, Everything Begins to Change

Wong Zhi Xuan is one of our Advanced students and is currently in her first year of university.

Her journey has not always been easy. During her earlier secondary school years, she experienced the hard knocks of failing her examinations. Instead of allowing those setbacks to define her, Zhi Xuan made a courageous decision to change her mindset, switch schools, rebuild her daily routine, and take control of her future.

At our recent StageTime, Zhi Xuan empowered all of us with a powerful reminder: when we learn to control our thoughts and begin changing from within, everything around us can start moving in the right direction too.

With determination, discipline, and the courage to begin again, setbacks can become turning points.
