Greetings!

The Student Barometer is your opportunity to tell us what’s working, what’s frustrating and what you think of your university experience to date.

Your response, together with the response from others, helps us to improve the student experience for current and future students.

If you have participated previous year, please do so again now.

We recognise that opinions change over time.

Equally, if previous concerns remain, we need to know.

So, please take part in this survey and give yourself a chance to win an ASUS Transformer!

The link to the survey is: http://survey.euro.confirmit.com/wix/p1852627391.aspx?ins=330100&rort=r&l=32777&abc=1

Thanking you in advance for your support! 

Dear Students,

The Taylor’s Emotional Well-Being Series is back and for this year, we are privileged to have with us Prem Rawat who will be speaking on “Perspectives on Peace”.

Prem Rawat has been travelling to speak to audiences about peace since a child. Last year alone he spoke live to over 1.2 million people at 116 events. In recognition of his profound impact on individuals and his contribution toward the world's understanding of peace, Prem has received many keys to cities and awards, and has been named an Ambassador of Peace four times: by UNIPAZ (University of Peace in Brazil) and three governmental organizations.

In 2012, Prem was awarded the Asia Pacific Brands Association’s Brand Laureate Lifetime Achievement award, usually reserved for statesmen and individuals whose actions and work have positively impacted the lives of people and the world at large. Other recipients of this prestigious award include Nelson Mandela and Hillary Clinton.

Come and be inspired by his message by booking your seats here: http://bit.ly/EWBS2016

The Taylor’s Emotional Well-Being Series is aimed at cultivating and empowering Taylor’s University students and staffs with emotional wellness and health.

Last year (2015), we had Amanda Lindhout, an award-winning humanitarian, social activist, public speaker and writer sharing on the topic of “Freedom in Forgiveness”. News about the event can be read here: http://university.taylors.edu.my/news-events/freedom-in-forgiveness
