POW! 💥 BAM! 🌟 Our Reception Class transformed into a league of little superheroes this week!

From discovering incredible superhero strengths to uncovering their secret weaknesses, the children explored what truly makes a hero. The biggest lesson of all? Real superheroes help others with courage, kindness, and heart. ❤️🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️

The excitement didn’t stop there. Inspired by the famous artist Georges Seurat, our young creators designed their own unique superheroes using pointillism techniques, building amazing artworks one tiny dot at a time. 🔵🟡🔴

The classroom was bursting with imagination, storytelling, creativity, and heroic adventures all week long. Safe to say… the future is in very capable hands! ✨

Singing in the Early Years helps children build language, confidence, listening skills, memory, and social connection, all while having fun! From nursery rhymes to action songs, every tune becomes a tiny stepping stone in their learning journey. 🌟

Our Reception children had great fun learning how germs spread through a colourful handprint experiment! A fun activity with an important reminder — always wash your hands before eating, after using the toilet, and whenever they’re dirty 🧼💧

Our Early Years children had fun making a delicious cookie bread snack, while our Reception class whipped up a healthy fruit bread—cutting, spreading, arranging and learning every step of the way.
