Inside Malaysia’s thriving craft beverage movement, Taylor’s Culinary Institute was honoured to host an exclusive masterclass with Mr. Chan Wen How, biochemist and master blender of Raksasa Gin, and Mr. Tan Khuang Soon (KS), Creative Director of Monster & Beer.

From the science of spirit formulation to brand storytelling and creative direction, students gained rare insights into how local identity, innovation, and craftsmanship are shaping Malaysia’s evolving beverage landscape.
