[Startup Weekend Johor Bharu]

Startup Weekend is a 54 hour event, where attendees pitch ideas, form teams and start companies. These events are very community focused and provide a place for budding entrepreneurs to find co-founders, mentors and momentum for their ideas.

The participants that attend have 60 seconds to make a pitch (optional), the pitches are whittled down to the top ideas, and then teams form around the ideas to come out with several developed companies or projects. Finally, the weekend culminates with demonstrations in front of an audience of judges and potential investors.

Event Date : 16th to 18th September 2016

Venue : Afiniti, Medini Iskandar (opposite Legoland / Mall of Medini)

Theme : Future of Human Interaction
- Future of Cities : Smart Cities, Transportation, Real Estate & Media
- Future of Services : IoT, AR, AI & VR, Bots
- Future of Money : Fintech, Mobile Payment, Sharing Economy & Cryptocurrency

Prize : 6 weeks pre-acceleration at Imagineering Institute, Credits to attend General Assembly

Alhamdulillah. Pada hari sabtu yang lalu iaitu 24 Okt. 2015 telah berlangsungnya Pertandingan kuiz sekolah kluster kecemerlangan peringkat kebangsaan 2015 anjuran Kolej Vokasional Perdagangan Johor Bahru dan UTM.

Ecell telah berperanan sebagai pemudahcara didalam penganjuran program yang disertai oleh seramai 30 orang pelajar Sekolah Kluster kecememerlangan dari Negeri Sembilan, KL dan Johor ini.
InsyakAllah, kerjasama yang terjalin akan membuahkan lebih banyak penganjuran program yang bermanfaat kepada kita bersama pada masa akan datang.
