Sutera Kuru Kuru Shop Kuru Kuru Shop serves as a meeting place for people to bring in their “unnecessary but still usable” items, for others to take back and reuse.

Kuru Kuru商店的概念是让人们捐赠良好但不再需要的物品，并且开放给有需要的人 以往的年代，人们都会有传统的观念，把还未损坏的用品捐赠给邻居、亲戚或是有经济困难的人。然而，现今年代的人大多着重于新颖简单与方便，这渐渐促使我们养成一种习惯和风气，一旦不再需要即便丢弃。所以，我们需要思考如何让这些物品保持原有的使用功能，而非仅仅是再循环。
“くるくる (Kuru Kuru)” 在日文是循环的意思。Kuru Kuru商店的概念是让人们捐赠未损坏但不再需要的物品，并且开放给有需要的人前来领取。这个商店概念源自于日本一个“零垃圾”的乡镇 - 上勝町。这家商店不仅实践了循环再使用的想法，同时也以“好命不如一个好习惯”的原则来培养大家良好的生活习惯，建立更优质的居家环境。

In the olden days, people held on to traditional values. Things

were cherished and used many times, before they were passed on to neighbors, relatives or the poor. However, in the present age, we tend to value novelty and convenience. Things that we deem as unnecessary are thrown away immediately. Ours have become a disposable culture. Hence, we need to rethink the “yet usefulness” of our possessions, rather than just recycling them.
“くるくる (Kuru Kuru)” means “re-circulation” in Japanese. The concept originated from Kamikatsu, Japan, a “Zero Waste” town. Not only does the Kuru Kuru Shop give these items new life and keep them in circulation, it also inculcates good Earth-friendly habits based on the principle of "Good Habits are Better than a Carefree Life".
