The Postgraduate Student Society Faculty of Science (PGSSFS) is a representative society which is concerned with all the interests of postgraduate students especially in the Faculty of Science, UTM. The members of PGSS FS are selected by a democratic voting process during the Annual General Meeting (AGM). PGSS FS is more than simply a student society : they ex

ist to voice the needs of all Master and PhD students in the Faculty. VISION AND OBJECTIVES

The vision of PGSS FS is to be the voice of postgraduate students in the Faculty, and act as a bridge between FS administration/staff and postgraduate students of Faculty of Science. To represent and promote the interest of its members, as a whole, in all matters, both within the Faculty and beyond.
2. To provide a means communication between members and Faculty authorities, and between the members and any other body.
3. To provide social facilities for members, including but not limited to facilities provided in the PGSS FS Common Room.
4. To offer support to members during their programme of study.
5. To promote co-operation among members for educational, social and cultural activities, and such other purposes as are beneficial to the PG students community
