Flour + Water = Autolyse for 1-2 hours.
Flour + Water + Salt = Mix dough.
Stretch & Fold = a smooth surface.
Lamination = spread out mixed seeds + olives. Coil Fold = a smoother surface top.
Final shaping = into banetton basket.
Final step = Baking + Dutch Oven.
All in main ingredients :-
Flour + Water + Salt = Sourdough Bread.

Crumbshots of the " Olive Seeded Sourdough ".
Heavenly delicious with thin crusty crust and soft moist texture and a little savoury taste when you bite into the olives. A great combination of the black olives and the mixed seeds. Yummilicious !
* Make sure you toast the seeds, yah !

Baking Sourdough bread for this week consumption especially breakfast. It's been a while since my last baked....lol.
Baked 3 loaves, stuffed with black olives, soaked black raisins, cranberries, candied Orange Peels and mixed seeds.
