"Bak Kwa Rolls", my cucus' favourite- requested for quite sometime.
Each roll is sprinkled with a mix of black & white sesame seeds and chopped spring onions, adding to their flavour and visual appeal. Inside the rolls are spread with chopped bak kwa.

Given some ripe bananas by a friend, and the craving for a "Banana Walnuts Butter Cake" suddenly popped up in my mind.
Here it is .....haha...lol. Magic... !

Pumpkin Poppy seeds Sourdough.
Texture extremely soft, so difficult to slice into it. So wait for the next day to do it.
Baked Pumpkin pieces, mixed into dough is better and easier. Then only add in the poppy seeds.
The dough is smooth, silky, can feel the strength of the gluten while doing the coil folds. Awesome dough with full of flexibility.
