Our school was founded by Global Master Chef Shanli Ong ( Certified Judge of World Association of Chefs' Societies, President of Malaysia Culinary Masters Association-Perak Chapter) with over 30 years of culinary expertise in Italian & Western Fine Dining. alaysia & Nippon Asia Pacific Mega Yacht, Singapore) he wishes to share his skills, experience to our younger generations. Over the years, our school has assisted numerous students to achieve their dreams. With our job placement assistance, most of our students got the opportunity to be recruited by renowned companies all across Malaysia, Singapore & Australia such as Resorts World, Marriott Int., etc. Our students will also be exposed to international platforms as we are active in International Culinary Competitions endorsed by WACS. In just the span of 4 years, our students made us and our country proud by achieving over 220 awards & also a national champion title.
