家长最担心的事：
“孩子这星期听写全对，下个星期再考——就像没见过一样 🥲”

今天随机叫了2位5岁和1位6岁小朋友复习之前学过的词。

结果：还记得 spelling 和意思 👏

在我们这里的学习方式是：
旧的不断重逢，新的一点点加入，

知识需要“多见几次才会变熟朋友”😎

Parents’ biggest worry:
“Full marks this week, next week it’s all gone 🥲”

Today we randomly asked 2 five-year-olds and 1 six-year-old to revise previous words.

Result: they still remember the spelling and meanings 👏

Our method:
Keep revising old words while slowly adding new ones.

Because children learn best through repetition 😎

小朋友突然跑上来对老师们说：
“是老师们生日！” 🎂

Two little ones suddenly ran up and said,
“It’s teachers’ birthday!” 🎂

“以后上小学一堆华文字，孩子会认但不会写，真的有点担心。”

这是很多家长最常见的顾虑之一🥲

其实很多小朋友都是这样：
会认很多华文字，
但一拿起笔就会变成——

“这个字我懂…可是我不懂怎样写🥹”

在我们这里，
5-6岁的小朋友也会接触华文听写。

但我们不会一次给很多字给孩子，
而是用我们的方式：

✨ 旧字不断重复巩固
✨ 新字一点点慢慢加入

用孩子能适应的节奏累积
让孩子在不压力的情况下，
慢慢建立熟悉感与记忆。

久而久之，
小朋友会发现自己记得怎么写了！🤩

孩子的学习不能一蹴而就，
我们靠一次次重复，
让小朋友慢慢熟悉、慢慢进步 ☺️

“There are so many Chinese characters in primary school… my child can recognise but can’t write. I’m quite worried.”

A very common concern among parents 🥲

Many children are like this:
they can recognize words,
but once they start writing—

“I know this word… but I can’t write it 🥹”

At our centre,
We also do Chinese spelling test for young learners.

We don’t give too many words at once,
but use our way:

✨ repeat old words
✨ slowly add new ones

At a comfortable pace,
so children learn without pressure.

Over time,
they will start to remember how to write 🤩
