做教育的這些年來，
我始終堅持著最初的初心 ~
希望孩子們能在健康、快樂、
有愛的環境下成長與學習，
也希望每一位家長都能安心地
把孩子交給我們照顧。
我們一直盡最大的努力，
用心照顧每一位孩子，
讓家長能放心工作，
沒有後顧之憂。
這些年，
連鎖托兒所與大型教育中心
發展得越來越蓬勃，
華麗的裝潢、精美的環境，
確實很容易吸引家長的目光。
但對我們而言，教育的本質，
從來不只是漂亮的外表，
而是真正用心陪伴孩子成長。
孩子需要的，不只是漂亮的教室，
而是一群願意耐心陪伴、
細心照顧、真心愛他們的大人。
因為真正能影響孩子成長的，
永遠是教育的溫度，而不是裝潢的華麗。
