✔️ Bring your own yoga mat.
✔️ Bring water and hand towel. Water dispenser will be temporarily disabled.

Tips:
1. For the one standing: hip hinge, engage core & lats, maintain arms straight.
2. The other one: walk your legs behind your partner's for stability, initiate row from squeezing your back, relax your hands.
