LITTLE HAJJ PREPARATIONS 🤍

This Saturday, our preschoolers will be taking part in our Little Hajj programme, and they've been working with their teachers in preparation. Their big brothers and sisters also came to lend a hand. From making pebbles to learning the steps of Hajj, and even a fun craft activity of the Ka'abah, it has been both enjoyable and knowledgable!

"LOOK, IT'S A FISH!" 🐟

Is that a real fish inside IDRISSI Eco Cambridge Preschool? We love to craft the learning to be fun and experiential, so when the teacher brought a fish (a BIG one indeed!), our children got the chance to smell, look and touch it while learning about parts like the gills and fins. So much curiosity, so much fun!

SO MUCH FUN READING THE FORCEMETER!

Did our Year 3 students just measured a trash bin? Well, yes indeed! They did a Science experiment to measure force using a forcemeter, and that includes their pencil cases, slippers and exercise books! They were excited to try it and got even more enthusiastic when comparing the results with their friends 🥳

LIFE'S BATTER WITH CAKES

The sweet kek batik made by our eco-scouts became sweeter when we saw them mixing, cooking and packing together to bring home for their parents. But of course, they didn't forget the teachers! Messiness is part of the fun, but they responsibly cleaned up afterwards to keep our homely IDRISSI neat 🥰

Our teachers, ustadhs and students have been lending their hands, love and energy to our little garden since day one. Chillies, fresh kesum, crunchy kangkung and fragrant curry leaves have grown beautifully, completely chemical-free and 100% organic. So, what are we cooking first?
