A meaningful day exploring the Preschool Curriculum 2026 and strengthening our understanding of effective early childhood teaching practices. 🌈📚

The workshop provided valuable insights into curriculum implementation and current learning standards. It also enhanced our knowledge of planning quality learning experiences aligned with the new guidelines.

On 29th October 2025, our DECE students visited Tadika Jasa Ria for an exciting school visitation. The children enjoyed interactive storytelling sessions and fun games led by our aspiring future early childhood educators.

Through this hands on experience, our students explored creative ways to engage young learners and bring classroom theories to life.

Our team had a delightful visit to Nest Childcare Centre, where we enjoyed a heartwarming and interactive session with the little ones! 💬✨

We were delighted to welcome around 60+ students and their parents, coordinated by MAIWP, for a special campus visitation.

Our Programme Leader (DECE) shared a Programme Talk, while one of the DECE Lecturer guided the group through the ECE Simulation Room, offering a glimpse into the world of Early Childhood Education. 🌱👩‍🏫

It was a heartwarming and memorable day for UOW DECE students as we were welcomed for a visitation to Cradles & Crayon Childcare Centre!

From sorting play and movement games to sensory circles and heartfelt group photos, every moment captured the essence of love care, meaningful learning and inclusivity.
