Ensuring workplace safety is critical — and AI is making it smarter and more efficient.

This demonstration showcases a PPE detection system using a Robodog equipped with a camera and powered by AI computer vision. The system can detect safety helmets, gloves, and safety vests in real time while navigating through the environment.

Mounted with a Raspberry Pi and connected through a smartphone interface, the robodog streams live video while identifying whether individuals are wearing the required protective equipment.

A practical example of how AI and robotics can support smarter safety monitoring and Industry 4.0–ready workplaces.
