The Centre of Studies for Quantity Surveying is one of the pioneering centre of studies established at faculty.
The centre of studies currently conducts two programmes - Diploma in Quantity Surveying (DQS) and Bachelor of Quantity Surveying (BQS).

INVITATION: CALL FOR PAPER 1ST VIRTUAL ASEAN QUANTITY SURVEYING ASSOCIATION (AQSA) ACADEMIC CONFERENCE 2022
We cordially invite you to attend our first Virtual ASEAN Quantity Surveying Association (AQSA) Academic Conference 2022, with the theme "Promoting Learning Through Common Shared Value, Knowledge-Sharing, and Best Practices." This conference will take place on the 18th and 19th of May 2022.
2. This conference, hosted by the Centre of Studies for Quantity Surveying, Faculty of Architecture, Planning and Surveying, UiTM in collaboration with the ASEAN Quantity Surveying Association (AQSA), provides an opportunity to broadcast your research areas and establish networking with academia and research communities within the ASEAN region. Authors are invited to submit full papers in the following areas of interest:
• Construction Contract and Procurement – Professional Practice, Construction Law, Contractual Arrangement/Procurement Methods, Quantity Surveying Professional and Entrepreneurship.
• Economic and Financial Management - Construction Economics, Construction Finance.
• Sustainability – Ecological and Economic, Social and Cultural, Green Technology.
• Project Management - Health and Safety Management, Risk Management, Value Engineering/Management, Facilities/Maintenance/Asset Management, Organisational Behaviour, Waste Management.
• Quality Management - Process Management, Documentation and Record Control, Management Responsibility.
• Technology and Innovation - Digitalisation, New Construction Technologies, Emerging Trends in ICT.
• Learning - Training and Education, CPD.
