Project Abstract:
The runner surprise service is one of the services where customers need to book the service to make surprise to another person. Currently, the process involve in the business give problems for runner which the way runner interact with their customer through social application is not an appropriate way in managing business. Mobile application is widely used for business, it is necessary to support business operation or procedure and attract more potential customers to access it anytime everywhere. This project objective are to identify the requirements of mobile application for Runner Surprise Service, to design mobile application interface based on users requirements and to develop mobile application based on the design. The target users for this mobile application system are for any individual runner involved in the business and customer in area of Klang Valley. Interview with customers were conducted to identify user requirements and then validated the user interface design based on storyboard of the mobile application. After the development of the prototype, the analysis and testing were done by interviewing the target users again. Then, the improvement was made in order to refine the prototype through the feedback got by interviews after the testing phase. This project is useful in helping the runner to manage their business more systematically and the customer can easily find and book the service. This system is proposed especially for individual runners who own their business.

The people todays is using mobile phone for various uses to manage their life. For example, to traced of a location. They are using of the Global Positioning System (GPS) tracking in their phone. In this keyT mobile application that want to be build, it using GPS tracking geolocation by Application Programming Interface (API) Todays, GPS is available in iPhone, Blackberry as well as Android smart phone and other high end gadgets. GPS tracking is the use of Global Positioning Systems in order to define the exact geographic position or location of a place, person, vehicle or any other assets. GPS is capable of recording the location of assets at regular intervals as well. In the process to settle the whole project it uses the guideline that has been approach by many developers namely Mobile application Development Life Cycle (MDLC). KeyT is the mobile application that can detect the keychain device that had been attached to the key owner. The application is use the google map geolocation to see the location of the keychain device.

Project Abstract:
The internship program is the program that involve student, lecture, and coordinator to get the need of completing the degree by finishing the internship program. Internship placement occurs during last semester where student must take this program for them graduated. The current process are using the manual system that coordinator have manually allocate the lecture and student for the internship program. Therefore, objective for this project are to identify user requirement of Internship Placement Web-Based System, to design the Internship Placement Web-Based System and to develop Internship Placement Web-Based System for FSKM. The scope of this study will be design an internship web-based system for coordinator, internship supervisor and internship student of Faculty of Computer & Mathematical Sciences, UiTM Shah Alam. The method for the problem is interviewing with the coordinator, Prof Madya Rashidah Rawi to get the requirement needed and problem in Internship of FSKM. Through the analysis of the requirements, the design of the interface prototype was done after implemented the web based system assessment and created a storyboards as an early design approach. Then, the prototype underwent evaluation by coordinator through the interview. The evaluation results have led to the improvement of the prototype to produce final design of the web based system user interface. This project will help the coordinator manage internship placement for the supervisor and student more systematic.

Project Abstract:
Nowadays most of the restaurants are still using the printed menu card to display the lists of food in the restaurant. Based on the interview with some patrons at Dubuyo restaurant, they said the printed menu card is not so informative because it is only displaying the name, price and some of the picture of the food. They said they are not interested to look at the entire list of food in the menu card. Therefore, this project aims to develop an interactive menu card called Mecaar application which has an augmented reality features to improve user dining experience at the restaurant. This application provides a 3D visualization picture of food and also some details about the food in the menu list such as the name, price and main ingredients of the food. The target user for this application is Dubuyo Restaurant outlet at NU Sentral. An interview has been conducted with Assistant Manager which is En. Syaufiq and customer at Dubuyo Restaurant to collect some data about the details needed in the application and also an interactive design for menu card. Based on the interview and observation with customer during the ordering process, the design of this application has been sketch. Then followed by prototyping the application based on the storyboard that has been sketch. Then, the staff and customer at Dubuyo restaurant will give some feedback to the prototype. Then based on the feedback, it will lead to the improvement in order to produce the final design of the user interface. This application will become an important tool for restaurant to improve the customer dining experience during ordering process instead of traditional method.

Project Abstract:
Currently, the attendance system used in FSKM is the thumbprint scanner. Limitation of the thumbprint scanners are staff need to physically be at the thumbprint scanner. Besides, the thumbprint scanner is not very reliable when it does not have a restriction for a second clock in. Staff may clock in twice and the result is the second clock in will be their clock out time. The current attendance system also uses lot of papers to distribute every attendance reports of every staff. GPS attendance system was addressed to overcome this problem which will allow staff to clock in ubiquitously. This system implies mobile application development life cycle. Few interviews and readings are conducted to collect the requirements for this application. The use of features such as GPS and geofencing potentially offers many benefits as staff can easily record their attendance within the set perimeter without physically being at the attendance scanner.

Project Abstract:
In fluctuating economy, renting item is crucial for a renter to rent item instead of buying brand new item that he or she may just it once and then the item will pile up in the store and collecting dusk. It is not only waste money but also wastes the storage space. With a rental, the renter can just rent the item to save money and space. Besides, rental also helps item owner to get some profit from the rental. The current approaches such as social network and paper advertisement were not very efficient for item owner to advertise the rental item. This caused lack of information for the renter to rent the item and difficult for the renter to find the rental item at Shah Alam. PeerGrab Mobile Application is a mobile application that helps the UiTM student and nearby residents to rent the rental items from their neighborhood. The implementation of Quick Response code, payment gateway API and mobile application development helps the system and renting process to be more efficient. The objectives of this project are identify the user requirement of PeerGrab Mobile Application, design the PeerGrab Mobile Application and develop the PeerGrab Mobile Application. In order to develop this proposed project, there were five stages involved including the introduction, literature review, methodology, analysis and discussion as well as a conclusion and future direction. The methodology used is Mobile Application Development Life Cycle (MADLC). This methodology consists of seven phases which are identification, design, development, prototyping, testing, deployment and maintenance. The requirements gathering lead into the designed and development of the mobile application. This application is able to help item owner to advertise and manage the rental item on a specific platform. Besides, this application also helped renter to get the information, rent the item and make a payment through the online payment gateway. User Acceptance Test (UAT) is conducted to get the degree of Perceived of Use. The UAT result for this application is very impressive. Some recommendations for future works were also discussed at the end of the project based on the limitation identified throughout the project to offer enhancement and improvement for the future.

The evolving world of innovation through information technology is astounding provides keeping alongside with the world electronically. The aim of this paper is to develop the E-Home Mobile Application. Students are usually staying in college or resides in a rental house. For those who stay in rental houses are usually came a long way in finding one. They will have to look up for information on social medias, ask their friends and looking at flyers to reserve a room for the whole semester. The rental houses is their home. And students may came across problems with their landlords usually in management and maintenance. This application will help in reducing their problems when it can provide services feedback provided by the landlords based on previous tenants feedback. This is to ensure that students will feel safe and happy to learn in a good environment. For the landlords managing the tenants are not easy especially satisfying all of the tenants requirements but providing a good services to them is necessary. With this application a landlord can monitor his tenants and fulfill their need. Some may encounter tenants with bad behavior and landlords are scared to take actions, with this application the landlord can report user behavior so it can notify other tenants to be caution if this bad behavior ever try to apply tenancy at other places. By using this application it is expected to solve any problems and improve management and hoping that it can be carried out effectively and achieve its objectives successfully.

The design and development of Lucky Draw Pooling System is a web based system that focused on a lucky draw in such an event. This web based system developed especially for event organizer and participant uses and it is perfectly created for future event use. The lucky draw pooling system can make a draw after a registration has been made by the participant as the random number will be given to them through the email by qr code. After that, this system can help the event organizer to fully know about overall report or statistics of the event regarding the participant’s record. Through this system, the information of the participant will be stored in the database for keeping a track and record about them. The aim of this system is to develop a web based Lucky draw pooling system that can be used in an event by any people especially students. The scope of Lucky draw pooling system are suitable for every event organizer out there that want to hold an event which involve with lucky draw number. This project involves a participant and the event organizer of the event. The Web Development Life Cycle (WDLC) is used as a methodology of this project and the web based of Lucky Draw Pooling System is produced and created. The significance of this project is to run an event with a lucky draw number in a systematic way.

Pusat Zakat Sedekah dan Wakaf (PZWS) in UiTM Shah Alam is an organization which manages the zakat collection and zakat allocation to students. It has been operated since 1998, making the zakat data is tremendously large from each year to another. This zakat data is considered as large datasets which in the form of numeric and texts. All of these data are hard to analyze because it requires lots of effort and time to analyze and will affect in delay or inaccurate decision making. From this problem, the informative dashboard will act as the mechanism to provide a platform for visualizing zakat data in more effective way. The dashboard will help the zakat management to better analyze their data, helps in making better decision and also track the Pusat Zakat’s performance in order to identify their progress towards organization’s goals. The development of this dashboard will use the phases of Web Development Life Cycle (WDLC) in order to reduce the time of development and ensure a proper planning. Therefore, this report will explain on the overview and more detail regarding the design and development of Informative Dashboard for Pusat Zakat UiTM Shah Alam.
