Hakim and Izam recently concluded a two-day Stakeholder Management and Negotiation Skills training for the Finance and Procurement team at GFM Services Berhad. The session focused on turning negotiation fundamentals into actionable results through the mastery of impact and influence techniques.

Participants developed personal action plans to translate these insights into their specific projects, ensuring they are now equipped to engage multiple stakeholders with confidence. We look forward to seeing the win-win outcomes this team will deliver in their upcoming engagements.

This was something unexpected! We were invited for an event by TNB ILSAS and there we were, enjoying ourselves as guest with no clue or hint of what was coming. Then suddenly, they called our name: Coach 2 Success - Best Training Provider.

For a moment, we were rather confused. 😆 We weren’t prepared, not even dressed for the moment! (True story).

It was one of those moments where time slows down, and then everything hits you at once.

Hearing that we received this award, all we could think about were the people behind this work. The long days designing learning. The tough conversations. The experiments. The highs and lows. The moments after a session ends, when we wondered “man, we should have done this part a lot better”.

This award was a quiet reminder that it does.

Alhamdulillah to His Almighty, for this unexpected honour, for the strength to do the work we do, and for the people who walk this journey with us.

A day of insights and inspiration for TNB ICT Team.

The morning began with an industry visit to Axiata Cyber Fusion Centre (ACFC) where the session provided valuable exposure to how ACFC strengthens their cyber resilience through continuous monitoring, innovation and in-house expertise. In the afternoon, the team attended a Fireside Chat with Major Dr. Faiz Khaleed, who shared his journey and reflections on staying motivated, resilient and having a growth mindset while facing challenges and discovering opportunities.

A meaningful day of learning and exchanging best pratices. As a wise man once said, “tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn.”

A timeless reminder that learning becomes meaningful through experience.

Last week we had the privileged of running a session with Sabah Electricity ⚡️ on the topic: Writing & Presenting Winning Proposals.

A total of 15 participants joined us in exploring techniques, frameworks and practical tips to craft board meeting papers and presentation that not only inform but also persuasive and inspiring.
