INSTRUCTION TO DELEGATES ATTENDING THE LAW STUDENTS' CONFERENCE : -
Dear Delegate,
The conference is this Saturday, 31 March at HELP University Subang 2 campus.
There will be a shuttle service from the Kwasa Sentral MRT station to Subang 2 at 8am and 8.30am and at the end of the conference, from Subang 2 to Kwasa Sentral MRT station at 5.45pm and 6.15pm. If you are driving, there is ample free parking at the campus.
The conference will begin at 9am sharp. Please ensure you come early to register and obtain your conference pack.
The following is a Checklist for Delegates:
1. Please register at the Registration table between 8am and 8.45am.
2. Dress code – preferably professional business attire (smart business casual acceptable)
3. Please collect a copy of your registration fee receipt when you register.
4. Please collect your Certificate of Attendance at the end of the conference after the Closing Ceremony.
At the conference, you will be given wifi username and password to access the Internet and the abstracts and slides from the presenters will be made available on our conference website via a username and password. Our conference website address is http://tamlawconference.ga/ .
At the dining hall, you will be served 2 tea-breaks and lunch. We will also be joined by the FlyFM Troopers during lunch time. There will be booths set up by Lexis Nexis and SUHAKAM. Please feel free to drop by.
