The children connected their food pyramid learning with a joyful, hands-on sandwich-making activity! They practiced independence step by step — peeling eggs, mashing, adding mayonnaise, layering fresh veggies, and finally placing a slice of cheese to complete their balanced meal. They proudly enjoyed the sandwiches they made themselves. A warm moment of linking nutrition awareness with practical life skills.

孩子们把之前学到的食物金字塔 知识和动手活动结合起来！他们一步一步练习独立性：剥鸡蛋、捣碎鸡蛋、加入蛋黄酱、铺上新鲜蔬菜，最后放上一片香浓的芝士片，完成均衡的餐点。大部分孩子都自豪地享用了自己亲手做的三明治 —— 在快乐中把营养认知与生活实践技能自然连结起来。

🌿 A morning full of discovery and teamwork! The children excitedly helped pour away the rainwater that turned the sandpit into a mini pool, then explored the garden where they spotted a bitter gourd bursting open with bright red seeds. Their curiosity and joy continued through active outdoor play — climbing, balancing, and shooting hoops together!

🌿 一个充满探索与合作的早晨！孩子们兴奋地一起帮沙坑“排涝”，把积了一夜的雨水清干净。接着他们在花园里有了新发现——一颗裂开的苦瓜，露出鲜艳的红籽，引来阵阵惊叹。快乐在户外游戏中继续升温：攀爬、平衡、投篮，小伙伴们玩得不亦乐乎！
