Requirements :
- Manage day to day office administration that includes drafting of correspondences, mail distribution,
incoming and outgoing legal communication
- General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
- Prepare and deal with sensitive and confidential legal documents and correspondence
- Assist in Tender Preparation
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts and emails
- Receive and answer phone calls in a professional manner
