Wished to accomplish my first ever 10k race, unfortunately under-distance by a whole KM. I saw other people even get less than 9km. The journey continue! Looking forward to the next race!

A study compared people who exercise for less than 30 minutes per week and those who engage in physical activity for roughly seven hours per week. The results showed that the latter group had a 40% lower risk of passing prematurely.

10 Benefits of exercise.

No matter how much you try to discredit the benefits of exercise to make you feel better, for not doing it 😆, its been proven so many times in so many research before.
