Happy Mother’s Day to the women who taught us our very first words, corrected our grammar before we even knew what grammar was, and turned bedtime stories into lifelong lessons. 🌷
A mother’s influence on a child’s English journey begins long before the classroom. The smallest daily moments often build the strongest language skills.
Here are a few simple things mothers can do with their children to strengthen their English naturally:
* Read together for just 15 minutes a day
* Encourage conversations in English during meals or car rides
* Ask children to describe their day using detailed vocabulary
* Watch English documentaries, films, or news together and discuss them
* Introduce a “new word of the day” at home
Language grows through exposure, confidence, and communication — and mothers often create the safe environment where children feel comfortable learning.
This Mother’s Day, we celebrate not only mothers who care for their children, but mothers who inspire curiosity, confidence, and a love for learning. 💙
