The CHRP program is designed for HR and Non HR personnel who are keen to gain the necessary skills and knowledge on HR practices. Participants will be taught on the core HR competencies relevant to be a HR competent professional. To achieve the competencies required, the CHRS program covers the key topics and skill sets that covers the HR practices.
The CHRS is a 7 Day training series which covers 3 Core Modules – HR Legal Skills (HR-LS), HR Industrial Relations Skills (HR-IRS) and HR Employee Relations Skills (HR – ERS). Upon completion and assessment, participants shall be awarded certified certificate of competency.
