Workshop on AI-Driven Machine Learning and Deep Learning for Food Research and Innovation: From Data Acquisition to Publication
This intensive 2-day workshop provides hands-on training in applying AI, machine learning (ML), and deep learning (DL) for food research and innovation. Topics include predictive modelling, process optimisation, data analysis, and AI-assisted scientific workflows using Python and R, with applications in food chemistry, microbiology, fermentation, functional foods, product innovation, and halal science.

Melalui program interaktif ini, pelajar dapat memahami kepentingan memenuhi keperluan pemakanan dan perkhidmatan mengikut kesesuaian umur kanak-kanak, di samping memperkukuh kemahiran praktikal seperti perancangan, pengurusan, kerja berpasukan dan komunikasi dalam situasi sebenar.
