We were honoured to collaborate with the Institute for Youth Research Malaysia and the Ministry of Youth and Sports , Kementerian Belia Dan Sukan, for the Round Table Discussion: ASEAN Youth Mental Health 2025 held on 29 June.

With the theme “ASEAN Youth Voice: Empowering Minds, Ensuring Well-being,” the event brought together youth representatives, experts, and advocates from across the region to discuss access, policy, and innovation in mental health.

A key highlight was the presentation of a regional resolution led by Dr. Sharifah Intan , which will be submitted to the ASEAN Secretariat to support ongoing efforts in youth mental health development.

The day concluded with an engaging SBCC session led by Dr. Diyana N. Kasimon , followed by an interactive and reflective Jenga activity facilitated by Ms. Syafika Mohd Ghazi Ghazi alongside dedicated youth facilitators Mahmud Ridzwan Bin Rasali, Sara, and Nur Ain Fatini binti Nor Azam.

Our sincere thanks to all secretariats, moderators, panellists, and participants for your valuable contributions. Your insights and enthusiasm made the event truly impactful.

What an amazing day of learning, laughter, and connection! Our recent community outreach event brought families together to explore the vital role of community in supporting medication adherence.

Through engaging activities like the Medication Adherence Board, Situation Card Games, SBCC Cornholes, and Memory Challenges, participants sparked meaningful conversations about improving health together.

A big thank you to everyone who joined and made it a fun, impactful experience. Let’s keep fostering understanding and building a healthier, more informed community!
