Feeling grateful and honoured to have the opportunity to visit Kumon Thailand, learn from fellow instructors, exchange ideas, and bring back valuable insights for our students and centre.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Kumon Malaysia for giving me the valuable opportunity to visit and observe Kumon centres in Bangkok.

Throughout this 3 days 2 nights centre visit, I had the privilege of visiting two Kumon centres in Bangkok.

The first centre - Kumon Seacon Square, with close to 1,000 students, left a deep impression on me. I was truly inspired by the instructor’s passion and dedication towards the students, as well as the strong teamwork demonstrated by the entire staff. It was a meaningful learning experience, and there is much for me to learn from their management and teaching approach.

The second centre - Kumon Nakhon Pathom, located approximately two hours from Bangkok city, is a relatively young centre that has been operating for only six years. Despite this, it was remarkable to see how well the instructor and her team understood each student’s learning progress and needs. It was evident that their commitment, consistency, and care for the students are key factors contributing to the centre’s success.

In addition, having the opportunity to listen to experienced instructors sharing their insights and experiences made me realise that there is still much for me to continue learning and improving as an instructor.

This visit was truly meaningful and enriching. I will do my best to apply and share what I have learned with Kumon Puncak Jalil in order to further improve and provide an even better learning environment for our students.
