By dabbing pompoms into watercolour paint and stamping numbers, kids strengthen their hand and finger control.

They learn to stamp accurately within given spaces by following simple visual guides.

Children enjoy the feel and look of colourful paint — exploring different textures and colours as they dip and stamp.

**Activity: Peeling, Cutting, and Mashing Potatoes**

**Objectives:**

1. **Cognitive:**

* Children can identify potatoes and state at least one of their benefits (e.g., provides energy).
* Children can distinguish between the texture of raw potatoes and cooked/mashed potatoes.

2. **Fine Motor Skills:**

* Children practice hand skills through safe, guided activities such as peeling and mashing potatoes using child-friendly tools.

3. **Gross Motor Skills:**

* Children use hand and arm strength when holding and pressing down on the potatoes to mash them.

4. **Social & Emotional Development:**

* Children collaborate in small groups to complete the task with the guidance of an educator.
* Children show curiosity about healthy foods and the process of preparing them.

5. **Sensory (Sensorial):**

* Children experience tasting, smelling, and touching the texture of potatoes at different preparation stages (raw, boiled, mashed).

1. 𝐄𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬
Children learn to recognize numbers and count objects (such as rubber bands, beads, or paper loops) using one-to-one correspondence.

Match the Shapes

Objective:
To help children recognize, identify, and match basic geometric shapes such as circles, squares, triangles, etc. This builds early visual discrimination and cognitive skills.
