DSA Aquatic Competence Program starts with specific categories training module for Water Familiarization, Buoyancy and Balance skills and equipped child and adults with Water Safety Survival Skills before delivering FOUNDATION in developing strokes/styles of swimming and continuing training preparation to develop effective techniques to help students improve their swimming and water safety skills, knowledge and understanding.
