On 7 Feb 2026, Padma Nrithalaya students stood among 800 performers at MIECC for Selamat Datang Modi Ji — a historic Indian community event welcoming Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi to Malaysia.

They performed Swagatham, contributing to a Malaysia Book of Records achievement
for the Most Performers in Indian Traditional Dance.

Our Guru, Smt. Vinosree Shangkar, served on the Core Coordinating Committee for Swagatham , recognised by the Indian Cultural Centre (NSCBICC) & High Commission of India, Malaysia for her leadership in bringing this vision to life.

This wasn’t just a performance.
It was a moment of pride, culture, and history — created together. 🙏

We’re opening our doors with a FREE Bharatanatyam class for children below 10 years — right here in Port Klang.

Bharatanatyam is more than dance. It builds discipline, grace, and a deep connection to our cultural heritage — from the very first step.
