这星期，Kiwi & Friends 参与了育华小学的学校假期短期课程计划，我们分别带领了低年级的《桌游启蒙》和高年级的《策略桌游》课程。这次活动的反应很好，大家也都玩得很开心！感谢育华校方和家教协会的努力，让学生们有那么充实的假期 😄 期待下次再进校园，把桌游推广给更多孩子和家庭，让大家发现桌游的乐趣和好处 💪🏼

Last Sunday, we organised a graduation trip to Jelebu for a class of six-year-old students 点点聚幼儿园 Kiddie Point / Tadika Tepuk Amai Amai. After parents handed over their children and picnic food to the kindergarten teachers, and from there we began our journey from Seremban to Jelebu which took 30 minutes.

Our destinations were the Vernacular Malay House—Rumah Gadang Budi—and the Muzium Adat. At first, some might think this sounds like a boring trip, but it turned out to be full of hands-on learning and fun activities.

Activities at Rumah Gadang Budi
- experienced the charm of a kampung lifestyle under the drizzling rain. Some children walked in the rain and happily stomped in puddles.

- learned about the Minangkabau community and the history behind this unique vernacular architecture.

- participated in various traditional games such as kite flying, the Eagle & Chicken game, top spinning, congkak, nature observation, and even sketching the architectural features of Rumah Gadang Budi.

- enjoyed picnic meals lovingly prepared by parents and the kindergarten’s cook.
Everyone had a wonderful time-sharing snacks and lunch together in the peaceful kampung environment.

Educational Experience
We made sure the trip was not only fun but also educational.
Special thanks to Teacher Kiwi for presenting the history and customs in a kid-friendly, storytelling style. The children followed along as if they were listening to a storybook while touring the museum. They are eargly to raised & answer questions which is a positive way of learning.

Through additional research, we learned that the Muzium Adat was the brainchild of the Honorable Tan Sri Dr. Rais Yatim, who is also the owner of Rumah Gadang Budi. We truly appreciate his efforts in preserving and restoring the art, culture, and customs of the heritage. These are valuable treasures to pass on to the younger generation.

We also express our gratitude to the Jendela practical students who assisted us in caring for the children throughout the trip. Hopefully, everyone—including the adults—enjoyed this day trip to Jelebu.

今天很荣幸，来自本地桌游公司 Meja Belakang 的团队来到点点聚幼儿园 Kiddie Point / Tadika Tepuk Amai Amai，为他们即将推出的儿童卡牌游戏《Counting Cats》进行试玩测试。

这次一共邀请了 10 位5-6岁的学生参与。Kiwi的桌游学徒也一起加入，担任小助理，协助准备场地、照顾小朋友、记录活动过程等。

孩子们一到场就很兴奋，正式开始游戏后，又马上变得非常认真和专注。看着他们投入地玩，其实蛮可爱的。

很感谢桌游设计师 Haireey 的带领，整个试玩过程进行得很顺畅，大家都玩得很开心。他在试玩过程中，也根据孩子们的反应，想了一些新的调整方向。

这一次，学徒们也再次接触到不一样的桌游设计流程。我们看到的是在正式印刷前的确认阶段：先由厂家进行 digital print，让设计师确认内容和效果，等一切确认好后，才会进入大量 offset printing。我们能够有幸在这个过程中参与一脚，真的很珍惜。

活动结束后，Haireey 还特别给大家派发了 duit raya 🧧。学徒们拿到红包后，才发现原来这位先生就是马来西亚本土卡通系列的幕后设计师，大家都非常惊讶，也赶紧一起合照留念！

又是充实的一天😄

今天，《生肖乐园》的设计师——非常热情的曹叔叔，难得来到芙蓉，亲自和大家分享这款游戏变化多端的玩法。

除了感受到叔叔满满的热忱，我也特别被他在桌游设计上的坚持与创意打动。对很多人来说，到了叔叔这样的年纪，仍然持续经营自己的兴趣、不断创作，真的不容易。除了《生肖乐园》，叔叔目前也还有好几款游戏正在创作与试玩中。

今天也来了几位小学低年级的孩子。Kiwi学徒运用《生肖乐园》的卡牌，变出几种简单又好玩的玩法，让孩子们也能轻松体验这款游戏的多样性。过程中，孩子们还尝试了几款小游戏，包括平衡俄罗斯方块、参与者带来分享的巨型蛇棋等。
