How does the fitrah unfold from *birth to adolescence*? How can we better understand and support children through each stage of their development from an Islamic perspective?

Join us for a full-day workshop with *Dr Yusuf Jha*, teacher of Islamic Psychology at Cambridge Muslim College, Specialist in Religious Sciences with a National Fatwa Department, certified Holistic Life Coach, and Accredited Counsellor.

Drawing from the Islamic tradition and contemporary psychology, Dr Yusuf will explore the developmental journey of the child — from the early years through adolescence — and how we can nurture and support the unfolding of the fitrah throughout these formative stages.

What if Montessori wasn’t simply paired with Islam — but understood through it?

Our Islamic Montessori Early Childhood Diploma is a pioneering programme that thoughtfully integrates authentic Montessori education with the guidance of the Islamic traditions, helping educators understand and nurture the child according to their fitrah.

This 18–24 month programme is delivered through a blended learning format, combining self-paced online study, live weekend classes, face-to-face residency training in Malaysia, and a supervised teaching practicum. An Online-Only Associate Diploma is also available for those unable to travel.

Islamic Montessori Early Childhood Diploma (3–6)

Following the incredible response to our first cohort, we’re delighted to welcome applications for Cohort Two of our Islamic Montessori Early Childhood Diploma.

This pioneering programme offers a comprehensive study of authentic Montessori education, fully integrated within an Islamic framework. Rather than simply adding Islamic studies to a Montessori curriculum, you’ll explore how Montessori pedagogy and the guidance of Islamic traditions come together to nurture the fitrah of the child.

Designed for aspiring and practising educators, this 18–24 month diploma equips you with the knowledge, practical skills and confidence to become a qualified Montessori Early Childhood educator.

The programme is delivered through a blended learning format, combining:

•⁠ ⁠Weekly self-paced online learning
•⁠ ⁠Live online classes every weekend
•⁠ ⁠Three face-to-face residency blocks in Malaysia
•⁠ ⁠A 400-hour teaching practicum in an approved Montessori preschool

For those unable to travel to Malaysia, we also offer an Online-Only Associate Diploma, allowing international students and overseas learners to complete the full Islamic Montessori curriculum remotely.

I missed Autism Awareness Month (April) but as a mother to an autistic young adult, I still felt this needed to be shared.

I’ve shared parts of Noah’s journey on this platform over the years, and I’m often asked for my thoughts on raising an autistic child.

These are some of my reflections; from someone still trying to navigate this path, just now with a 22-year-old.

If you’re on this journey too, I hope this reaches you.
On the hard days, when it feels heavy — keep going.
