This free program will assist many graduates in reorganizing their resume, cover letter, and method of submission.
It is a call to action as a result of a high percentage of resume rejection at the desk level. There were 300,000 graduates available for placing in the job market, but only about 10% were successfully hired.
Dr. Mageswari, who has extensive experience in talent development and employee succession planning, will lead this event. She has over 20 years of university teaching experience, has published high-quality research papers, and works directly with HR practitioners. A number of live series have been held on social media (Instagram).
It will take place through Google Meet or Google Team. On Saturday, it will take one hour (5.30pm to 6.30pm).

The search for a job has been a difficult one.
Let me introduce her as Salmah. Salmah is from a low-income family in a small village in the Kuala Pilah district. Due to family problems, she is desperately looking for work after completing her diploma program. Within six months, she applied for 100 jobs that had ever appeared in the advertisement column, but she never received a call from a prospect interviewer. None
Furthermore, as a result of the Covid19 pandemic, her situation has deteriorated. She begins her career as a storekeeper in one retail store for less than RM 500. I met her while shopping for bread. Then I asked her to go over her resume carefully. Thank God, she found a new job as an assistant at a logistics company in Seremban within a month.
