The long awaited "Broccoli" seedling given by a friend turns out to be cauliflower! Lol, but I am still happy the plant managed to survive and flowered. Waiting for the time to harvest. Any idea how long it will take?

We go onto 2nd project when I noticed Raynia Draj Ravi has big fat Aloe Veras, which she is unaware of are edibles.
Aloe Vera is known to have soothing properties, very good for sore throats. Let's get cooking.

Sharing my gardening passion with my neighbors. Showing my lovely friend Raynia Draj Ravi how to do re-potting and re-condition plants in bad shape. We had a fun-filling afternoon playing with dirt. 😊😁

Been really busy the last few months with work and the uncertain rules of MCO making situation worse. Here I am making a lazy dinner with garden's harvest, blue pea flower rice.
So how do you get the colour this blue? Easy. Just wash and soak up a fistful of dried blue pea flowers in hot water until you get the desired colour. I left it to steep for half an hour. Then strain and use the blue water to cook rice as usual. Add pandan leaves for fragrance. Bon appetite!
