The Executive (主席/副主席)

The President and Vice-President in XMUM ICT Student Union are leaders of our big family. They are responsible for discussing the development of the Student Union with relevant teachers, school leaders and advisors, and issuing assignments to members.

主席和副主席是我们XMUM ICT学⽣会这个⼤家庭的领导者，他们负责与相关教师、学校领导和顾问讨论学⽣会的发展，并向成员下达任务。

The Secretary & Treasurer Department (秘书部 & 财务部)

The main responsibility of the secretary department is to be responsible for the documentation and communication of committee activities, to be responsible for all documents, and to act as the person responsible for keeping records and arranging the agenda for each meeting.

The treasurer department is the position that handles all the money. The responsibilities of treasurers are budgeting, financial reporting, record-keeping, and managing all financial transactions which are going in or out of the ICT team.

秘书部的主要职责是负责委员会活动的⽂件和沟通，对所有⽂件负责，并负责保存记录和安排每次会议记程。

财务部是处理所有钱财的一个职位。 财务主管的职责是编制预算、整理财务报告、记录保存以及管理进出 ICT 团队的所有财务交易。

The Event Department(活动部门）

The event department’s primary duties are to plan and manage all ICT events. They also will communicate with other departments to keep the ICT team on the same track and prevent anyone from getting off track. The event department must make sure that all aspects that contribute to a successful event are taken into account.

活动部门的主要职责是计划和管理所有和 ICT有关活动。 他们需要与其他部门进行沟通以确保所有 ICT 学生会成员保持在同一轨道上，避免任何人偏离轨道。 活动部门须从不同的方面去考虑各种潜在问题，这将使活动进行的更顺畅。

The Public Relations Department (公共关系部)

The main responsibility of the public relations department is to actively promote the activities organized by the student union, be responsible for the sponsorship of activities, and cooperate with other departments to complete the publicity work of the student union.
公关部的主要职责是积极宣传学⽣会组织的各项活动，负责活动的赞助⼯作，配合其他部⻔完成学⽣会的宣传⼯作。

The Multimedia Department（多媒体部门）

Multimedia Department is the central and fundamental part of ICT Student Union,which is in charge of managing the ICT Student Union’s social media asset.It is a platform that not only helps students show their talent and knowledge,but also are able to show the charm of ICT’s students in campus life.

多媒体部门是ICT学生会的中心和基础部门，他们负责管理ICT学生会的社交网络资产。它是一个很好的平台，帮助同学们展现他们的天赋和学识，并展示ICT学生们丰富多彩的校园生活。

The General Affair（总务部门）

General Affair is the stone of ICT Student Union.Its main duties are handling general relevant aspects and responsible for basic event/activity requirements.Under the assistance of General Affair,many things can be made more smoothly.

组织部是ICT活动组织的基石。它的主要职责是处理和各项活动相关的事务。在组织部的协助下，许多活动都可以进行得更顺畅。

We are a nascent organization with eight departments, four consultants, and a dozen members. We mainly target students in all ICT majors such as AIT, CST, CYS, DMT, DSC and SWE. As a team, we will work to represent the best interests of all ICT students when confronted with issues related to this field.

GOAL ：

I.Create a series of articles exclusive to the ICT student union
II.make the image of the ICT student union more vivid
III.Promote and raise awareness of the students union

It doesn't matter if we tend to be strong or not right now, however sooner or later we’ll be the best, that is what matters! We need you! Follow us and grow with us!
