Greetings Tutors..
When many out there choosing to be a part time educator just to make some extra bucks, there will be one small group that place the money part as 2nd priority. They fall for the profession. The pride of becoming an educator.
But….
What it takes to be a passionate educator?
How others sees you as a passionate educator?
Over time, looking back of the journey you have traveled so far ( can be 1 year, 2,3,4…n) , the number of accomplishments you have made will tell you whether you are a passionate educator or not.
The impacts that you leave in the person you have coached.
The care, the love and the attention you have given to the students that mold the students.
You may don’t see now. But, over time when you are walking alone or while sipping a coffee in a shop, suddenly someone comes and says, “hello sir” or “ hello teacher”. They will remind you, where and how they know you.
Some students remembers their tuition teacher more or better than their school teachers of years.
It’s all about the desire and passion and how bad you want to give impacts to others in a good way.
If can, I want PTS to have 100% of passionate tutors and then i realize I would be greedy.
Remember the 80/20 rule I have shared to many of you? We can satisfy or being satisfied 100% in most cases.
I believe PTS has the 80%. I am seeing, observing and experiencing.
Betterment or continuous improvement in what we are doing is what determines our success stories.
And we want only the 80% to continue with our journey for 2027. Let’s allow the gems 💎 out there who are looking forward to be with PTS.
Have a great weekend ahead Tutors. 🙏🏼
