An incredible moment of pride for the entire Tenby International School Setia EcoHill community! πβ¨
We are deeply honoured to be recognised at the ASEAN School Awards, where we proudly received both the Student Leadership Award and the EdTech Programme Award, standing out amongst many top-tier schools across the region.
The highly coveted Student Leadership Award holds an especially special place in our hearts, as the nomination was submitted entirely by our students themselves. A huge congratulations to William, Elisee, Reyanne, and Je Xuan for representing the spirit, passion, and voice of student leadership at our school. π
Winning the EdTech Programme Award is also a meaningful testament to our journey as a Microsoft Showcase School for five consecutive years β the one and only school in the region to achieve this recognition. At Tenby SEH, we believe educational technology is never just about the tools themselves; it is about empowering people and uplifting our community together. π
These achievements belong to every student, staff member, parent, and community member who continues to shape the culture of excellence, innovation, and leadership at Tenby SEH.

Feed Wise, Think Twice: Year 8 Digital Food Literacy Workshop π₯π±
How does the digital world shape the food choices we make every day?
Our Year 8 students explored this question during an exciting Digital Food Literacy Workshop, βFeed Wise, Think Twice,β in collaboration with University of Nottingham Malaysia (UNM) and Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).
Led by 15 UNM students, 2 UNM lecturers, and 7 UPM student facilitators, the workshop brought together 94 Year 8 students for a lively, hands-on learning experience on how social media, apps, advertisements, and algorithms can influence everyday decisions.
Through interactive activities such as Hidden Ads Hunt, Claim or Scam, and Algorithms Alert, students became digital detectives β identifying sneaky ads, questioning health claims, and discovering how online platforms personalise what we see.
It was a meaningful session filled with curiosity, teamwork, and plenty of βaha!β moments as our students learned to think critically, make informed choices, and navigate the digital world with confidence.
At Tenby SEH, we empower our learners to think, dare, lead, and care β building skills that matter beyond the classroom.
