On 1 August, our very own Dr. Saizi Xiao from the School of Economics took the stage as a keynote speaker at the CEO Connects Event, co-hosted by Media Prima OMNiA and the SME Association of Malaysia.

Speaking to over 100 Malaysian SMEs, Dr. Saizi shared valuable insights on how the new U.S. tariff policies are shaping Malaysia’s economic outlookβ€”and what SMEs can do to stay resilient in today’s shifting global economy.

At the School of Economics, we’re proud to support industry leaders by sharing knowledge, sparking dialogue, and contributing research that helps Malaysian businesses grow stronger, even in uncertain times. πŸŒπŸ“ˆ
