Happy Friday!

All we gave the children was two eyes… and look at where their imagination took them! 👀

From simple materials to the most creative little characters, the children showed us once again that creativity begins when they are given space to think, explore, and express freely. More importantly, it reminds them that there is no single “right” answer when it comes to imagination.

A fun-filled Teachers’ Day with good food, good laughter, and so many warm hugs. ❤️ The “Guess Who’s the Teacher?” game was definitely the highlight, the children tried so hard, but it was just too difficult to get them right! 😂 Such a joyful day to remember.

Once again, thank you to all our parents for the hearty potluck meals prepared with so much love.

今年的教师节有美食、欢笑、温暖的拥抱，还有最有趣的“猜猜是哪位老师”环节,孩子们都很努力地猜，但老师们小时候的照片真的太难认啦！😂

这是一个简单却充满爱、欢乐与温度的教师节庆祝会。

🎪 Part 2 — Family Fun Games & Learning Through Play亲子游戏与体验学习

孩子们和家长继续一起体验各个游戏站，现场充满了欢笑声与欢乐气氛。从 气球爆爆， 丰收套圈，捞鱼游戏，到小农夫写田字环节，每一个环节都让孩子们玩得非常投入，也充满了团队合作与欢乐。

我们也非常为孩子们感到骄傲，他们勇敢地用 英语、华语和马来语 为活动进行开场分享，介绍适耕庄美丽的稻田，并学习感恩农夫们辛苦种植稻米的付出。孩子们也一起为大家讲解活动规则，提醒大家注意安全、听从老师指示，并开心地参与每一个活动。

另一个特别的体验，就是孩子们亲手体验 BBQ 番薯和马铃薯。现在的孩子很多时候看到的食物，都是已经准备好或煮好的，因此我们希望他们能够体验一种更传统、更原始的食物制作方式。

最重要的是，当天充满了亲子陪伴、互相鼓励与温馨的欢笑声。家长、老师与孩子们一起创造了许多简单却珍贵的回忆。

感谢大家一起让今天的稻田亲子日变得如此有意义与难忘。🌾

The excitement continued as our children and families explored the different game stations together. From balloon popping, ring tossing, catching fish, to creating the Chinese character “田” using rice grains, every activity was filled with laughter, teamwork, and happy little smiles.

We were also very proud to see our children confidently opening the event in three languages.Their brave sharing about the beauty of Sekinchan, the rice fields, and appreciating the hard work of farmers made the morning even more meaningful. The children also helped explain the simple event rules and reminded everyone to stay safe, follow instructions, and enjoy the activities together.

Another special experience was the BBQ sweet potato and potato session. Many children see food already prepared and served, so we wanted them to experience a simpler and more natural way of preparing food. Through this activity, children learned that food comes from nature and requires time, patience, and effort before it reaches our table.

Most importantly, the day was filled with family bonding, togetherness, and beautiful memories shared between parents, teachers, and children. ❤️

🌾 Part 1 — Paddy Family Walkathon 稻田亲子欢乐跑

在绿油油的稻田、孩子们的笑声和小小的脚步声中，我们度过了一个美好的早晨。

通过这次稻田亲子欢乐跑，孩子们不只是走出户外、活动身体、亲近大自然，也进一步认识适耕庄的美丽，以及稻田对我们生活的重要性。

看着孩子们和家人一起完成这段路程，让我们深深感受到：有意义的学习可以发生在任何地方, 在大自然里、在运动中，也在一家人共同参与的美好时光里。

适耕庄真的很美。我们也希望孩子们在成长的过程中，学会爱护、珍惜，并为自己的家乡感到骄傲。💚

A beautiful morning surrounded by green paddy fields, laughter, and little footsteps. 🌾

Through this Paddy Fun Run, our children were not only encouraged to walk, move, and enjoy the outdoors, but also to learn more about the beauty of Sekinchan and the importance of our paddy fields.

As they walked alongside their families, they witnessed where rice comes from, appreciated the hard work behind every grain, and experienced the joy of learning beyond the classroom.

Watching our children complete the walkathon with their families reminded us that meaningful learning can happen anywhere ,in nature, in movement, and in the moments we share together.

Sekinchan is truly beautiful, and we hope our children will continue to grow with love, appreciation, and pride for their hometown. 💚
