秉承上净下空老法师的教诲，以「建國君民，教學為先」的理念创办了此教育中心。此中心以数理科教学为主，在教学中灌输孩子正确的人生观念，调整他们错误的行为以达到长善救失的效果。末学林建文为此中心院长，以教数学及高级数学为主，曾任苏丹依德理斯教育大学数学讲师，后辞职到蔡礼旭老师身旁学习弟子规并到各地当义工、学习。因家里发生事故而回到家乡发展。办此中心非为名利，只求能养家糊口、然后为家乡、为佛教做出一些贡献。阿弥陀佛。
